The controller of personal data collected through this website is GOOD JOB d.o.o., Ulica Domovinskog rata 6, 23000 Zadar, Croatia, OIB (tax no.): 33188212652, MBS (court reg. no.): 110123735, represented by Eugen Glavić, director ("we", "us").

For questions about the processing of personal data or to exercise your rights, contact us through the contact form on this website, by phone at +385 95 847 5658 or by post at the address above.

2. What data we process and why

Enquiries through the form

  • Request for a quote: company name, full name, phone, email, service, number of workers, occupation, type of employment and message.
  • Quick enquiry: company name, occupation, number of workers, type of employment and contact (phone or email).

We use this data only to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Enquiries are not stored on the website; they are forwarded to our email. Enquiries that did not lead to cooperation are kept for up to 12 months from the last communication; if we work together, data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and as long as the law requires.

Our services are intended for businesses. Please do not enter personal data about workers or candidates in the form (for example, details from identity documents). Processing of worker data after we agree on cooperation is governed by the contract, not by this policy.

Regulatory updates

If you subscribe to updates, we process your email address based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and keep it until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

When you visit the website, the server briefly records technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type and time of access) to run and secure the website and protect the form from abuse, based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and fonts and images are served from our own server, with no external services.

3. Who else has access to the data

  • Bunalu d.o.o., Zagreb: development, maintenance and hosting of the website and technical delivery of form enquiries to our email, together with the related infrastructure providers Bunalu works with for this purpose. Part of the processing may take place outside the EU, with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation.

The list of providers Bunalu works with is available on request. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing; we disclose it to authorities only where required by law. Links to external websites (e.g. the website developer) lead to sites where their own privacy rules apply.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent at any time. You can send a request through the contact form, by phone or by post, and we respond within one month at the latest.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
